Return Policy

Returns must be made within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return an item for refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Makeup sales are final, and makeup cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have an open account with us and purchased the product by charging such account, we may either refund the purchase price or credit it to your account, in our sole discretion.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged when we ship them to you.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 128 S. Washington, Wichita, Kansas 67202. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs.
